The carriage house includes 3 oversized garage spaces and a full living suite above. The living space is accessible and includes a kitchen with large island and dining area, open concept living room, laundry, bath, and master bedroom. Living space can accommodate 4 persons in beds with space for 2 additional blow up beds.

To access the space enter the same code used at the main house. If a guest accidentally locks the top level door and closes themselves out from the upper level, a key is located in the cabinet at the bottom of the stairs.
