Emergency shutoffs & procedures

Electrical shutoff

There are two main service breakers on the wall board facing the backup generator (behind the basketball hoop). Lift the small metal door to access the main breakers and turn each to the OFF position.

Gas shutoff / gas leak

• Call 911 for all gas leak emergencies.
• Do not operate any electrical switch or appliance.
• Evacuate the house and call 911 from a safe location.

The exterior gas shutoff valve is located at the northeast corner of the house, behind the exterior A/C condenser units to the right of the main garage.

Water shutoff

The main water shutoff valve is in the utility room in the lower (basement) level Master Bedroom Suite.

Fire extinguishers

There are several fire extinguishers located throughout the property. Please familiarize yourself with their locations and notify us immediately if one is used.
