There's an AED and a LifeVac (choking rescue device) located in the garage to the right of the first bay and just outside the entry door.

Emergency Electrical Shut off
There are two main service breakers located on the wall board facing the backup generator located behind the basketball hoop. Lift the small metal door to expose the main breakers and turn each to the off position.
Emergency Gas Shut Off
Dial 911 for ALL gas leak emergencies. DO NOT operate any electrical switch or appliance. Evacuate house and call 911 from safe location.
An exterior gas shut off valve is located at the northeast corner of the house behind the exterior A/C condenser units to the right of the main garage.
Emergency Water Shut Off
The main water shut off valve is in the utility room located in the lower (basement) level Master Bedroom Suite.
Fire Extinguishers
There are several fire extinguishers located throughout the property. Please familiarize yourself with their locations and notify us immediately if used to extinguish a fire.
