The hot tub is a large salt based tub that can accommodate a large group. It uses a propane heater to maintain temperature, multi-color LED lights, and 4 pumps (Filter + Pumps 2, 3, 4) that perform jet and circulation water flow.

The pump speeds, lighting, and temperature are adjustable and controlled via the touch screen mounted on the wall to the right of the heater. Please only make adjustments to the pump speeds, lighting, and heater and avoid making adjustments to any other settings.

Please ensure to close the touch screen cover when not making adjustments to protect the screen form the elements.

Please ask guests to rinse feet off using the nearby hose prior to entering the tub to avoid tracking dirt and sand into the tub.

There is a long pole battery powered vacuum located on the sitting wall next to the hot tub. you may use to vacuum debris from the bottom. The charger for this vacuum is located in the 3 season porch on the counter.

While Not in Use

The filter pump should be left running at 50% speed while the tub is not in use as it enables filtration, heating, and automatic pH adjustment and disinfection.

Please keep the hot tub covered while not in use to keep animals and debris out of the system. The cover may be opened by rolling it from the front to the back. Please do not walk on or put significant weight on the cover when closed. You can roll the cover from the side.

Please use the rechargeable vacuum (located in the 3 season porch) to vacuum up any sand or dirt that may have gotten into the tub during use.
