Access

The property address is 48 Little Road, Meredith NH 03253.

Arrival is after: 4:00 PM. Departure is before10:00 AM.

To access the home, please enter the last four digits of your phone number on the lock keypad located at the garage entry door.

• Please no pets.
• Please no smoking inside the house, garage, boat house, sheds.
• Please take shoes off before going into the house– there is plenty of space for shoes, jackets, etc. in the mudroom when you walk in from the garage entry.
• Kitchen Sink Drains- Liquids Only. The home uses a septic system. Please dispose of food, oils, fats, grease, and coffee grounds in the trash and not in drains.
• Toilets - Please no flushable wipes or other machine-made products except for toilet paper.

Shep Browns Boat Basin is the closest marina to the property. If you would like to rent a boat or need other marina services please contact them directly (see link below).
