Grill Station
Grill Lighting
- Open ALL porch windows BEFORE lighting grill.
- Turn on vent hood exhaust fans to “Full Power”.
- Lift open grill cover to expose grates.
- Light desired burners one at a time using the igniter switch located to the upper right of the “smoker” knob located to the far right of the grill unit. Depress the igniter button until flame element is ignited. You will hear a “clicking” sound during the process.
Grill Operational and Safety Tips
- Keep kitchen door closed while grill is in operation.
- Try to keep grill cover closed while cooking as to avoid excess smoke accumulating in porch area.
- We DO NOT recommend using the smoker element feature as it tends to fill the porch with smoke.
- Turn off grill after each use. Grill is attached to a 2000 gallon propane tank that will not shut off automatically. Excessive consumption of propane due to grill being left on will result in additional charge to renters.
- DO NOT leave grill unattended as risk of fire exists with any open flame appliance. Leaving unattended for even a couple minutes could result in your food getting burnt if grease catches fire.
- Familiarize yourself with fire extinguisher location.
- Clean grill after EACH use.
